The April 1st issue of USA Today’s GREEN LIVING identifies neighborhoods throughout the country where residents are buying more than a home.
Often referred to as an Agri-Hood, the article states that more than 3,300 conservation developments have helped to preserve 177,000 acres of land in the U.S. South Village, the first neighborhood of its kind in Vermont, is one of those communities.
South Village has been carefully and thoughtfully planned for decades. The momentum of the neighborhood continues with the opening of new streets and home designs in Phase 2.
