Meadow Rue

The Meadow Rue plan is an end-unit in a building of three. The eat-in kitchen will be a favorite gathering spot, and a first-floor den can be the perfect retreat. Three bedrooms are on the second floor and the deck can be an optional screen porch or 3-season room.

This plan can be adapted to a Live/Work floor plan where the den space can be expanded to extra large office space that has a separate entry from the main living area.
