South Village offers five distinctive Village Home plans to choose from. Our homes and our plan names alike were inspired by native species plants found in the surrounding area of South Village and Vermont.
The townhomes at South Village are offered in a variety of styles and floorplan layouts. All have rear-load garages, full basements and front porches and decks.
The South Village condominiums are in a building of 12, with four on each floor, so that each home is on a corner. The condos feature 9-foot ceilings, natural gas fireplaces, large windows, open floor plans and decks or patios. The building has an elevator and covered parking.
