Look What's Growing

South Village continues to grow! We have added a new plan, Laurel, to our selection of Townhomes. New homes and new roads are going in, including one reaching out to our Community Farm. New residents have arrived growing our community. Fall harvest at our community farm is in full swing after a fantastic first year.

The shareholders in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farm have been enjoying an abundance of fresh organic produce, fruits, and flowers from the greenhouses and gardens since mid-May and are preparing for our season-ending pot-luck.

South Village has also garnered a lot of press locally and nationally in the past few months. From Seven Days and the Burlington Free Press, to the New York Times, the model at South Village is gaining attention. You can keep up with News and articles on the News & PR link on this page above.
